The Sustainer Campaign yielded $256,412 in new sustainer invites along with one-time gifts.
Payments & ROI
Donors were offered two methods of payment by credit card and EFT. Automatic payments totaled 1,189 with an average yearly pledge of $224.06 and a 21% conversation ratio.
Metrics Tracked
Our Nonprofit client enjoyed access to our online campaign reporting. There they could track conversion metrics, performance of specific donor segments, pledges per hour, and more.
Continuous Improvement
In regular campaign review meetings, our client and our experienced Client Services Project Manager discussed campaign updates, feedback from our front-line agents, and suggestions for continuous improvement.
Integrated “Will Consider” Follow-up
An effective campaign feature was the integrated handwritten “will consider” pledge card. These were personalized mailings, automatically sent out by the QCSS handwritten direct mail fulfillment division.
Daily Handwritten Thank You Cards
QCSS sent daily personalized thank you cards for each donors who upgraded to a sustaining gift. A separate handwritten message was sent to one-time donors.
