Just a note to express our appreciation for the results from the recent telemarketing appeal to our lapsed donors.

You were able to obtain pledges from 389 former donors out of 1928 contacted and pledged gifts totaling $11,903.50. The remarkable part is that so far we have actually received 344 gifts totaling $106,602, that is 88.84% and 89.1% respectively. Your expectation were in the 80% range for each category. Based on those excellent results we don’t feel a follow up for unfulfilled pledges is even necessary.

We have also found your staff to be excellent. They are polite and responsive and always look for a way to accomplish our requests. We are looking forward to working with you in September with our next donor renewal appeal.
